Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates
• Manage day-to-day operations of a DashMart warehouse, including scheduling and labor budget management
• Ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely
• Maintain key quality metrics including order accuracy and fulfillment speed
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and execute process improvement projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, or logistics)
• Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, including formulas and pivot tables
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late nights and weekends
• College degree or equivalent professional work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup or rapidly changing environments
• Proven track record of developing people and delivering results
