DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates
• Manage day-to-day operations of a 5-15k sq ft distribution center
• Own scheduling and manage a labor budget
• Ensure site processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely
• Maintain key quality metrics including order accuracy and fulfillment speed
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and execute process improvement projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, or logistics)
• Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas and pivot tables)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends
• College degree or relevant professional work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup or rapidly changing environments
• Strong analytical and first-principles problem-solving skills
