Site Manager - Civil Works

Responsibilities

• Support the project team regarding planning, work methods, equipment selection, and logistics
• Contribute to the assessment of quotes and contract formation with subcontractors
• Check, test, and adjust working drawings from subcontractors and suppliers
• Assist in creating project schedules and monitor the execution of sub-schedules
• Follow up on construction orders and associated cost statements
• Maintain project administration and documentation
• Act as the primary link between external contacts and the on-site execution team

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in English is a strong asset
• Strong technical insight and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and a result-oriented mindset
