Site Manager - Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams and activities on civil construction sites
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to execution schedules
• Verify quantities, budgets, and technical documentation
• Propose fast and efficient solutions for emerging site challenges
• Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and authorities

Requirements

• Higher education in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience on construction sites
• Proven experience in project management and construction technology
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Conversational English proficiency
• Category B driver's license
• Openness to digitalization and the use of new technologies
