Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the customer site regarding water treatment processes and equipment
• Develop and maintain key relationships with customer decision-makers to identify needs and process improvements
• Drive profitable growth and maintain sales margins by addressing technical issues and identifying improvement areas
• Troubleshoot technical and site-specific process issues
• Communicate the ChemTreat value proposition to the customer base
• Engage technical staff and management to develop retention and growth strategies
• Effectively audit key unit operations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical degree (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of successful water treatment related experience
• Proven track record supporting operations or manufacturing facilities
• Industry knowledge of water treatment applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for service reports and proposals
