Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and drive site operational performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People
• Lead daily operations with a strong Gemba presence to ensure shopfloor visibility and problem-solving
• Take full ownership of site KPIs and cost control performance for assigned plant(s)
• Ensure execution discipline through standard work, performance reviews, and escalation management
• Manage supplier quality and performance to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure legal, labor, environmental, and operational compliance, including audit readiness (ISO, IATF)
• Directly lead and align supervisors and frontline teams to drive a high-performance culture
• Coach and develop supervisors and emerging leaders through performance management and succession planning
• Lead all on-site support functions, including quality, engineering, logistics, and HR
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and embed lean principles at the shopfloor level

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations
• Strong operational and production management expertise
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance through others
• Solid understanding of lean and continuous improvement principles
• Business acumen with exposure to financial performance metrics
• High level of ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to balance operational focus with strategic thinking
