Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage administrative aspects of the construction site
• Anticipate human and material needs and maintain site documentation
• Participate in on-site works including masonry, locksmithing, and finishing
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness rules
• Manage schedules to ensure the timely resolution of punch list items
• Act as the primary link between the construction manager and field teams

Requirements

• Technical training in the building/construction industry
• Significant professional experience in construction management
• Mastery of second-fix (finishing) trades
• Ability to solve various on-site technical problems
• Strong focus on quality and deadline management
• Leadership skills with the ability to be firm yet attentive to teams
