Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Area Construction Managers, Section Heads, and Engineers to ensure project completion within time and budget
• Manage multi-faceted construction activities, including subcontractors and personnel
• Ensure all activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies and standards
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide construction support during the initial planning phase and participate in constructability reviews
• Manage the RFI and change order process in the field
• Maintain detailed and accurate project records, documentation of delays, and construction progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Minimum of 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial role within Oil & Gas projects
• Proven experience with ADNOC projects (ADNOC approval is an advantage)
• Strong expertise in Piping works, Lifting activities, and Rotating & Static Equipment Installation
• Experience supervising multiple disciplines beyond mechanical activities
• Strong understanding of Brown Field Oil & Gas operations
