Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams and actively resolve conflicts to ensure maximum productivity
• Maintain daily communication with Contract Management and Installation Coordination
• Prepare and review site progress reports
• Manage site petty cash and local procurement within project budget and established rules
• Control installation and commissioning activities, including performance, quality, HSE, costs, and deadlines
• Implement corrective actions for deviations and execute site planning

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Proven experience in construction or site management
• Strong knowledge of planning concepts (e.g., histograms, S-curves, KPIs)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Project Management and Leadership
• Advanced English language skills
• Intermediate Spanish language skills
