About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead field teams and actively resolve conflicts to ensure a productive work environment
- Maintain daily communication with Contract Management and Installation Coordination
- Prepare and review site progress reports
- Manage site petty cash and local procurement within project budget and established rules
- Control installation and commissioning activities, including performance, quality, HSE, costs, and deadlines
- Implement corrective actions for deviations and execute site planning
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and MS Office
- Proven experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of planning concepts such as histograms, S-curves, and KPIs
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Project Management and Leadership
- Advanced English language skills
- Intermediate Spanish language skills
