Site Manager, ANAD (Contingency)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Point of Contact for contracting officers, representatives, and site officials regarding KBR operations at ANAD.
• Oversee a workforce of 200-300+ employees, including prime and subcontracted labor, ensuring adherence to KBR policies and safety standards.
• Monitor and report project performance to the Program Management Office (PMO) using metrics, dashboards, and staffing curves.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of Contract Required Documents List (CDRL) to the customer.
• Manage project execution within budget and cost constraints while maintaining approved manning levels.
• Lead workforce management activities including recruitment, retention, training administration, and mobilization/demobilization.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and KBR management operating systems.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Production, Operations, Business Management, or an Engineering field (specialized military experience may be used in lieu of a degree).
• 8 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated experience managing a large workforce.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to obtain local base access and a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must be able to work onsite at the Anniston Army Depot in Anniston, Alabama.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing DoD and Firm Fixed Price contracts.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
• Experience using Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
• Training and experience using AI and business intelligence tools.
