Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and control site operations including purchasing ferrous and non-ferrous materials
• Manage, coach, and motivate the team and conduct performance evaluations
• Monitor staff results, analyze performance gaps, and identify business opportunities
• Achieve budgetary financial results and control inventory and quality
• Promote a customer-oriented team and ensure local marketing needs are met
• Implement improvements to operational processes, procedures, and policies
• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure physical security of the premises

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the metal industry
• Strong execution and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in outdoor climatic conditions and industrial environments
• Physical stamina for site inspections and ability to lift 35 lbs
