About the role
Responsibilities
- Champion a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations to deliver production, quality, and customer delivery targets
- Drive organizational effectiveness through talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Manage site capital projects, operational upgrades, and facility improvements
- Drive cost management, operational efficiency, and productivity improvements across the site
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to align site activities with global business priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Significant leadership experience within manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance within a production environment
- Demonstrated success in building organizations and developing leaders
- Strong operational and business acumen
- Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to lead through change and execute strategic initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading in complex, high-growth, or transformational manufacturing environments
- Experience with capital projects, facility expansion, or large-scale operational improvements
- Proficiency in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies
- Demonstrated success leading cultural transformation and organizational development
