Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Champion a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Lead all aspects of manufacturing operations to deliver production, quality, and customer delivery targets
• Drive organizational effectiveness through talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement
• Manage site capital projects, operational upgrades, and facility improvements
• Drive cost management, operational efficiency, and productivity improvements across the site
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to align site activities with global business priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• Significant leadership experience within manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance within a production environment
• Demonstrated success in building organizations and developing leaders
• Strong operational and business acumen
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven ability to lead through change and execute strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading in complex, high-growth, or transformational manufacturing environments
• Experience with capital projects, facility expansion, or large-scale operational improvements
• Proficiency in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies
• Demonstrated success leading cultural transformation and organizational development
