Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful execution of site supervision works
• Manage day-to-day operations on the project site and monitor progress
• Act as the single point of contact for the Client’s Site Manager and Contractor’s Site Manager
• Review Contractor’s Project Management Documentation including progress measurement and quality control
• Manage and coordinate the site team during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning phases
• Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure the EPC contractor adheres to contract terms, specifications, and deliverables
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, progress payments, and change orders
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, as-built documents, and final inspections

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a site manager in large-scale construction projects
• Experience in the energy or power industry, preferably with Independent Power Producers (IPPs)
• Strong knowledge of construction and project management principles
• Familiarity with industry standards and expertise in Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
• In-depth knowledge of local and international design codes and standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
