Site Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Participate in month-end closing processes
• Provide monthly financial analysis and explain variances versus budget and previous periods
• Consolidate weekly financial performance reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to budget and Mid-Term Plan (MTP) processes, including guidelines and templates
• Benchmark and standardize management control tools
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as required
• Propose solutions for litigations between sites, product lines, and product groups
• Review and pre-validate IAR and CAA workflows
• Ensure the deployment of standard tools from the Group and Division levels
• Support the Group Ethics & Compliance program by adhering to company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in Finance within Valeo
