Site Management Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the controlling department to improve company performance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Supervise the preparation of budgets, Mid-Term Plans (MTP), and back-on-track plans.
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs, including monthly results analysis and internal control metrics.
• Ensure the accuracy of management control and costing information within the site's ERP system.
• Promote and manage the Internal Control framework to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with local laws and Group Valeo standards.
• Propose solutions for litigations between sites, product lines, and product groups regarding transfer prices and R&D recharges.
• Support the training, career development, and management of the controlling team to identify high potentials.
• Contribute to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by adhering to the code of ethics and company policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the management of a controlling department.
• Expertise in budget preparation and Mid-Term Plan (MTP) processes.
• Strong background in financial performance monitoring and KPI analysis.
• Experience managing Internal Control frameworks and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in maintaining ERP system accuracy and data integrity.
• Demonstrated people management and team development skills.
