Site Logistics and Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist with jobsite safety oversight and promote a strong safety culture
• Lead weekly toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) reviews with field crews
• Perform daily jobsite safety walks and inspections
• Coordinate loading and unloading of material deliveries
• Schedule incoming deliveries through the Veyor platform
• Manage material procurement and maintain site inventory
• Organize and stock standard project materials
• Manage daily housekeeping, site organization, and dumpster management
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly secured

Requirements

• Experience in safety coordination or site logistics
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and JHA reviews
• Proficiency in material procurement and inventory management
• Ability to work on-site at the Jamestown, ND State Hospital project
