Site Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site operations to ensure projects meet performance and quality standards
• Ensure site meets or exceeds Customer Contractual Requirements and leverage customer relationships for growth
• Maintain compliance with all local laws, regulations, and legal obligations
• Manage departmental and project budgets to meet corporate growth and profitability targets
• Represent the company with customers, employees, vendors, and government agencies
• Foster an excellent employee environment to ensure high retention and morale
• Utilize Business Process Management Systems to control operations and ensure documentation is current
• Lead process improvement projects and maintain audit programs for compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a contact center, preferably in a BPO environment
• Minimum of 6 years in a managerial leadership position
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools
• Knowledge of industry trends and operations management best practices
