Site Lead Support

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic, technical, and analytical support to the GM Test Site Lead
• Participate in test integration, planning meetings, CONOPS Phase Reviews, and data archival meetings
• Develop and distribute weekly and monthly status reports for program leadership
• Review contractor activities, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with technical requirements
• Coordinate with MDA/DTR and VSFB Program Support Managers regarding documentation, range scheduling, and safety procedures
• Facilitate visitor access requests and credentials for VSFB and MDA facilities
• Monitor vehicle receipt, assembly, ground tests, system tests, and launch/post-flight activities
• Assist with logistical support for test operations, including range interface and facility readiness
• Prepare launch countdown procedures and support instrumentation checkout

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance
• MA/MS with 10+ years of relevant experience, or BA/BS with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in testing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within MDA or GMD
• Comprehensive knowledge of VSFB operations, infrastructure, and facilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of military physical and information security processes
• Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter
