Odeko is the all-in-one operations and technology partner to more than 20,000 independent coffee shops, cafes and other food establishments. We are on a mission to continuously develop technology to champion your neighborhood cafes and independent F&B establishments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, routing, and dispatching
• Manage site Profit & Loss (P&L), budgets, and financial targets
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse associates and delivery drivers
• Monitor delivery schedules and logistics to maximize efficiency
• Utilize systems like Netsuite, RF Smart, Shopify, and Hubspot to streamline processes
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Resolve customer inquiries and implement retention strategies
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Service teams

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs numerous times per shift
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Strong independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement
• Experience operating forklifts and powered industrial lifts
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with onboarding, hiring, and training employees
• Advanced education beyond High School
