Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of humanoid robots at customer sites
• Oversee daily onsite production operations and fleet service/maintenance
• Lead onsite team hiring, development, and management
• Provide engineering feedback and input for new product and feature development
• Coordinate onsite testing and scaling efforts with the headquarters team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience deploying hardware in industrial settings, technical consulting, or technical program management
• Proven experience in people management and leading teams
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong judgment and execution in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Robotic operational or deployment experience
• Military experience
