Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of humanoid robots at the customer's site
• Oversee daily onsite production operations and humanoid fleet service & maintenance
• Lead onsite team hiring, development, and management
• Provide input for new product and feature development through onsite testing and engineering feedback
• Coordinate onsite activities with the core team in California

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience deploying hardware at customer sites, in industrial settings, or in technical/engineering consulting
• Proven experience in technical program management
• Experience in team leadership and managing employees
• Strong customer-facing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
• Ability to exercise excellent judgment and execution in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Military experience
• Robotic operational experience
• Robotic deployment experience
