Site Inventory Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle checks, internal audits, and variance analysis
• Coordinate and supervise inventory control teams to ensure compliance with operational standards
• Analyze data to identify stock errors, breakages, obsolescence, or loss patterns and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with Inbound and Outbound teams to optimize receipt, location, and dispatch processes
• Design and standardize processes to increase stock flow efficiency and reduce discrepancies
• Manage inventory management tools, WMS, and tracking systems
• Provide regular KPI reports regarding accuracy, shrinkage, and cycle count compliance to the Site Operations Manager
• Lead investigations into critical inventory incidents in coordination with Operations, Safety, and Quality
• Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Organization, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory control or logistics management within high-volume environments
• Advanced knowledge of WMS systems and ERP software
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma certification
