Responsibilities
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design projects
- Manage material acceptance and quality control on-site
- Maintain daily construction logs and work journals
- Monitor project schedules and timelines
- Draft meeting minutes and official site reports
- Work full-time on-site at various locations in Rome
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Building focus) or Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in design or site inspection for buildings and external landscaping
- Professional registration (Albo)
- Valid VAT number (P.IVA)
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to engage directly with site operations
Preferred Qualifications
