Site Industrial Technician - Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform curative and preventive maintenance on automation and robotics systems for production equipment and site utilities
• Participate in the commissioning, improvement, and debugging of new production means
• Support and replace shift technicians during exceptional or planned needs
• Specify, validate, and oversee the reception of automation, electrical, and safety components from suppliers
• Implement and stabilize innovations in electrical systems, automation, and network communications
• Provide technical support for automated systems and production IT when troubleshooting exceeds standard technician scope
• Modify PLC and robotic programs for technical improvements, productivity, and quality enhancements
• Audit supplier implementations and ensure machine documentation complies with CE standards and company requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in automation and robotics maintenance
• Proficiency in PLC and robotic programming
• Expertise in electrical and pneumatic debugging
• Experience with the commissioning of new production equipment
• Ability to perform technical validation and oversight of supplier studies
