Site Industrial Technician - Automation

Responsibilities

• Perform curative and preventive maintenance on automation and robotics systems for production equipment and site utilities
• Participate in the commissioning, improvement, and debugging of new production equipment
• Support and replace onsite technicians during planned or exceptional maintenance needs
• Specify, validate, and oversee automation, electrical, and safety studies at supplier sites
• Implement and stabilize innovations in electrical systems, automation, and network communications
• Conduct electrical, pneumatic, and automatic debugging for new and existing machinery
• Modify PLC and robotic programs to support technical improvements, productivity, and quality enhancements
• Ensure machine documentation complies with CE standards and company requirements
• Collaborate with the IT department and participate in failure analysis (8D) and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in automation and robotics maintenance
• Expertise in both curative and preventive maintenance protocols
• Proficiency in PLC and robotic programming
• Strong skills in electrical and pneumatic debugging
• Ability to validate technical specifications and oversee supplier compliance
• Commitment to strict safety standards and machine directive compliance
