Site Industrial Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Assist with the timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Ensure financial data accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation across multiple entities
• Provide monthly result analysis to management, including variance analysis against budget and prior periods
• Prepare and review reconciliations for various balance sheet accounts and communicate unreconciled items
• Contribute to budget and Mid-Term Plan (MTP) processes, including guidelines and standard templates
• Propose solutions for litigations between sites, product lines, and product groups regarding transfer pricing and R&D recharges
• Develop Excel-based financial models, workbooks, and analytical tools to support internal operations
• Ensure the deployment of standard Group and Division tools within the local organization
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the Group Ethics & Compliance program

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in Finance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to compile complex data, determine facts, and reach logical conclusions
• Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP
• Proficiency with Google applications
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-cultural environment
