Site Industrial Management Controller

Responsibilities

• Prepare necessary elements for reporting, budgeting, business plans, and forecasting
• Monitor and analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Ensure the accuracy of management control information and cost calculations within the site's ERP system
• Guarantee the reliability of site gross margin and expenses during the closing process
• Manage management control activities to ensure efficient, profitable, and compliant operations according to group standards
• Alert the financial controller immediately regarding significant risks to the company or employees
• Coordinate with product lines or regional operations to ensure smooth module functionality
• Approve purchase requests and contribute to the Group's ethics and compliance programs

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Management Control, Finance, or Audit
• Initial experience in industrial management control or completion of a relevant apprenticeship on a production site
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage priorities autonomously
