Site Identification Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and generate ongoing relations with Investigative Sites
• Maintain and refine the internal site database in cooperation with Study Startup, Clinical Operations, and Process Improvement teams
• Create initial lists of potential sites and participate in the development of improvement strategies for the site identification process
• Communicate with project teams to define strategies and methodologies for initial and follow-up site contacts
• Maintain a study site identification tracker in cooperation with the project team
• Liaise with project teams to evaluate progress and identify potential risks to timelines or objectives
• Perform due diligence checks regarding regulatory limitations applicable to recommended investigators or clinical sites
• Support the project team throughout the study startup phase and beyond

Requirements

• University or college degree (life sciences or healthcare field preferred)
• Previous experience working within the healthcare sector
• Experience with data analysis
• Full working proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), local laws, and applicable regional regulations
• Proficiency in Portuguese
