Site HR Partner

Responsibilities

• Direct human resources for approximately 600 union and non-union employees at the Anaheim site.
• Lead labor relations activities, including participating in union/management meetings, grievance discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Partner with senior management to address significant employee relations issues and provide counsel on conflict resolution, discipline, and terminations.
• Oversee talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage annual compensation processes, including salaried merit and hourly pay increases.
• Ensure HR compliance with all applicable governmental laws and California-specific regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and talent retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional human resources experience.
• Proven prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Thorough knowledge of California HR regulations and employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional HR certifications such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP.
