Site HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide human resources and administrative management to meet business objectives within a fair working environment
• Lead processes, procedures, and tools to attract, retain, and motivate manpower according to Corporate and BG policies
• Plan and adjust short- and long-term manpower needs based on business evolution and plant budget
• Coordinate all steps of recruitment and induction for managers, technicians, and supervisors
• Manage training plans, costs, and competency development including soft skills and leadership
• Formulate and implement remuneration, benefits, and welfare policies
• Ensure smooth industrial relations by acting as an interface between management, employees, and employee representation
• Manage administrative cases, payroll, disciplinary issues, and legal permits for foreign employees
• Monitor monthly HR reporting and ensure compliance with evolving social laws
• Deploy internal communication policies to ensure employees are properly informed

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR and administrative management
• Expertise in manpower planning and recruitment processes
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations and managing employee representation
• Experience in managing training plans and competency development
• Proficiency in remuneration, benefits, and welfare policy implementation
• Solid understanding of legal compliance and social law
