About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR policy for the Vernon site in alignment with Group orientations and local operational needs
- Support managers and operational teams in human and organizational management
- Drive social dialogue by managing employee relations (IRP) and negotiating agreements
- Contribute to industrial transformation projects, including reorganizations and business evolutions
- Manage an HR team consisting of an HR Officer and an apprentice
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning (GPEC), and site training programs
- Supervise payroll, personnel administration, and HR reporting
- Manage disciplinary procedures and legal disputes
- Drive CSR initiatives and develop internal/external communication, including employer branding
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field
- Confirmed experience as an HR Manager within an industrial environment
- Fluency in English (both written and oral)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle organizational challenges and drive results
