Site HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR policy for the Vernon site in alignment with Group orientations and local operational needs
• Support managers and operational teams in human and organizational management
• Drive social dialogue by managing employee relations (IRP) and negotiating agreements
• Contribute to industrial transformation projects, including reorganizations and business evolutions
• Manage an HR team consisting of an HR Officer and an apprentice
• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning (GPEC), and site training programs
• Supervise payroll, personnel administration, and HR reporting
• Manage disciplinary procedures and legal disputes
• Drive CSR initiatives and develop internal/external communication, including employer branding

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field
• Confirmed experience as an HR Manager within an industrial environment
• Fluency in English (both written and oral)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle organizational challenges and drive results
