Site HR Generalist Professional

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection activities for operators, technicians, and administrative staff
• Coordinate candidate pipelines and interviews to ensure timely staffing for site needs
• Support labor relations, disciplinary matters, and union-related interactions
• Assist with onboarding, induction, and training coordination for new hires
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements
• Monitor key HR indicators including absenteeism, turnover, and overtime
• Support payroll and time administration, including attendance records and shift changes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional HR projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment
• Solid experience in recruitment for direct labor and technical roles
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law and labor relations practices
• Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, TRESS, or IDSE
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Strong organizational, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
