Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for a defined group, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Oversee the apprenticeship area and early career talent programs
- Support the planning and implementation of personnel development measures
- Collaborate on HR controlling activities
- Manage the company integration management process (BEM)
- Lead and support various HR projects
Requirements
- Degree (Diploma/Master) in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, collective agreements, and social security law
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- High level of personal accountability, persuasion, and assertiveness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
