Site HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for a defined group, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews, and offboarding
• Oversee the apprenticeship area and early career talent programs
• Support the planning and implementation of personnel development measures
• Collaborate on HR controlling activities
• Manage the company integration management process (BEM)
• Lead and support various HR projects

Requirements

• Degree (Diploma/Master) in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of professional HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, collective agreements, and social security law
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• High level of personal accountability, persuasion, and assertiveness
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
