About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated HR partner for the One Roof R&D Monterrey project team
- Manage workforce ramp-up, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Lead organizational transformation and change management in alignment with the cross-BG model
- Support capability development and HR governance
- Ensure compliance with Group HR standards and facilitate efficient HR processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally within industrial or R&D environments
- Proven experience in project-based or organizational transformation environments
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee relations
- Ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
