Site HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Coach and support managers on HR-related topics and people decisions to fulfill business objectives
• Oversee site labor relations strategy and maintain positive relations with union representatives
• Manage permanent and temporary headcounts, including validating production needs
• Leverage data analytics to drive actionable plans that impact the business bottom line
• Monitor absenteeism and deploy improvement plans to optimize operational results
• Ensure compliance with HR administrative procedures, including overtime, attendance, and vacations
• Maintain and improve the social climate and participate in union meetings
• Act as the HR representative for internal stakeholders and support Health/Safety/Environment actions

Requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and coaching leadership
• Strong expertise in labor relations and union relations strategy
• Experience in headcount management and workforce planning
• Proficiency in using data analytics to drive HR decisions
• Solid understanding of HR administrative procedures and payroll validation
• Ability to manage employee relations and social climate within a manufacturing or industrial environment
