Site HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives and integrated people solutions.
• Advise and coach leadership on talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to identify organizational performance gaps and deploy effective tools.
• Drive organizational efficiency through lean initiatives and the alignment of systems, processes, and structures.
• Develop and deliver cross-cultural communications and change management strategies.
• Plan and facilitate cyclical HR initiatives including rewards planning, training, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources across all major functions.
• Sound knowledge of Organization Development and Change Management.
• Strong project management, process management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with senior management and communicate across all levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, evolving matrix environment.
