Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and monitor the execution of building projects (structure, masonry, finishes, and installations) on-site
• Lead and organize internal site personnel and manage work areas
• Control execution deadlines and collaborate in budget control to anticipate deviations
• Manage and supervise suppliers, installers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and technical execution
• Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (P.R.L.) regulations and safety plans
• Maintain professional communication with technical teams, site management, and safety coordinators

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and civil works
• At least 5 years of specific experience as a Site Foreman (Encargado de Obra) in building projects
• Proficiency in Business Central, Excel, AutoCAD, and planning/measurement software (TCQ / Project)
• Availability for regional/national geographic mobility
• High capacity for planning, organization, and conflict management

Preferred Qualifications

• CFGS degree in the Construction field
• Basic level P.R.L. course (Preventive Resource)
• P.R.L. for Intermediate Management
• Specific training related to the construction collective agreement
