Site Finances Controlling Manager

Responsibilities

• Spearhead all aspects of site finance, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, working capital management, and budgetary control.
• Lead the finalization and consolidation of accounts, including Balance Sheets and P&L statements.
• Manage all tax-related activities, including income tax, GST returns, and managing tax audits and hearings.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, general ledger maintenance, and the development of accurate financial statements.
• Manage cash flow, forecast requirements, and execute financing decisions.
• Coordinate with banks for working capital funds and interact with investors regarding due diligence and credit ratings.
• Supervise Group Internal Audits and assist the Finance Controller with annual budgets and strategic plans.
• Maintain fixed asset records, including site-wise capitalization and physical verification.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in finance or controlling.
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, internal control systems, and statutory compliances.
• Comprehensive understanding of tax laws and statutory regulations pertaining to financial management.
• Experience managing tax audits and filing GST returns.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
