Site Execution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the on-site production and execution of event and campaign structures
• Coordinate with design, creative, and operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of concepts
• Prepare and review technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
• Supervise fabrication, installation, and dismantling processes on-site
• Ensure materials, timelines, and budgets are aligned with project requirements
• Conduct site visits and oversee on-ground execution to maintain quality standards
• Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and contractors to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site execution best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 2–5 years of experience in site execution within events, exhibitions, or campaign builds
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of construction materials, fabrication methods, and site installation processes
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability
