Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research sites to develop study-specific action plans to accelerate recruitment and support procedure training
• Provide education to healthcare professionals and staff to reinforce study protocols
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential subjects for clinical trials
• Maintain and analyze customer records to customize strategies for maximizing pre-screening, screening, and enrollment
• Manage objections and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas
• Organize and hold group events to optimize program delivery and complete internal electronic reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or a related field
• Required experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• 1–2 years of prior relevant experience
• Mandatory experience in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) and/or Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)
• High flexibility to travel, including international travel if required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight and a solutions-based approach to problem-solving
