Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee the installation of cladding, aluminium, and glass façade works according to approved shop drawings and quality standards.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide on-site execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including progress updates and technical challenges.
• Monitor material usage and manage site resources efficiently to minimize waste.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to façade systems and on-site engineering challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within construction projects.
• Hands-on experience specifically in Cladding, Aluminium, and Glass Façade projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively in an on-site environment.
