Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site engineering support to deliver civil works safely and efficiently
• Manage quality through method statements, ITPs, and inspections
• Track daily productivity and support programme planning and reporting
• Coordinate subcontractors and verify progress claims and variations
• Support cost control, procurement, and compliance with company systems

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Experience working as a Site Engineer on civil construction projects
• Strong understanding of safety legislation, Australian Standards, and quality systems
• Confidence producing short-term programmes and monitoring site progress
• Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport
• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a busy site team
