Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carry out unit handover inspections for entertainment, retail, and F&B units to ensure readiness for tenant fit-out works
• Manage day-to-day coordination of multiple tenant fit-out projects simultaneously as the primary on-site contact
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved drawings and mall design guidelines
• Lead site meetings with tenants, project managers, contractors, and consultants
• Witness MEP testing and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with approved standards
• Track construction programs to identify risks, delays, and coordination issues early
• Review and interpret architectural and MEP drawings to ensure accurate execution of works
• Prepare weekly progress and quality reports, including photographs and risk assessments
• Provide timely site intelligence and reporting to the Project Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Engineering
• Proven experience in entertainment, retail, or F&B fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of MEP disciplines and construction coordination
• Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings
• Experience in client-facing roles, liaising with tenants and consultants
• Valid driving license (mandatory for site travel)
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote working structure
