Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support projects from design approvals through construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations
• Coordinate with local authorities to support inspections and regulatory approvals
• Organize materials and ensure sites remain safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Prepare cost estimates and ensure appropriate materials and tools are available on-site
• Provide technical advice and troubleshooting for equipment as required
• Draw up work schedules and communicate adjustments to crew members and clients
• Work alongside civil engineers, structural engineers, architects, and surveyors to ensure sites are fit for purpose
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities and compile reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, or related field preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in site engineering, construction, or project delivery
• Proven experience in contractor coordination and fit-out works
• Ability to work in fast-paced, site-based environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal car

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in F&B-related environments such as cloud kitchens, commercial kitchens, or food production facilities
• Familiarity with local construction codes, safety standards, and authority requirements
