Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Carry out site engineering tasks including setting out, surveying, and checking works against design drawings
• Support the coordination and planning of site works and resolve technical queries promptly
• Maintain site records such as daily diaries, as-built information, and inspection and test plans
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely delivery of works
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policies while ensuring compliance with site regulations

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Previous experience in a site-based engineering role within a relevant industry
• Proficiency in using setting out and surveying equipment (e.g. total station, GPS)
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and construction processes
• Valid CSCS card and relevant safety qualifications
• Full driving licence
