Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set out and survey works in accordance with design drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy of levels and dimensions
• Support quality assurance by implementing inspection regimes and completing Inspection & Test Plans
• Work alongside engineers, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve technical queries and identify inconsistencies
• Maintain accurate site records, as-built information, and supporting handover documentation
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards on site, ensuring compliance with method statements and risk assessments

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline
• Practical construction or site-based experience with knowledge of setting out techniques
• Competence in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Valid CSCS card and awareness of health and safety legislation
• Full driving licence
