About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in implementation studies, construction works, and resolution of current design issues on-site
- Prepare pre-measurements and measurements of works and required materials, and their budgets
- Monitor the ordering and receiving process of materials
- Conduct market research and prepare comparative tables for subcontractors and suppliers
- Supervise the correct implementation of works by subcontractors according to construction specifications and project requirements
- Prepare and check subcontractor accounts and certifications
- Monitor work progress, adherence to daily schedules, and the project timeline
- Provide support and guidance to foremen
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and update the Project Manager on progress
- Maintain project diaries and archives
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (University/Technical Institute)
- 5 years of site experience in construction projects
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken & written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software
