About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct, monitor, and manage daily site labor and subcontractors to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule
- Oversee structural (concrete) and finishing works to ensure they match shop drawings and technical specifications
- Conduct regular on-site quantity surveys and measurement verifications to review and approve subcontractor invoices
- Liaise with the Technical Office to resolve drawing discrepancies promptly and prevent site delays
- Strictly enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and regulations on-site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in site execution, specifically in structural and finishing works
- Proficiency in reading architectural and structural drawings
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong leadership, firm personality, and excellent problem-solving skills
