Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite engineering support to construction teams
• Assist with day-to-day coordination of subcontractors and site activities
• Set out works and verify construction against design and specifications
• Support quality assurance, inspections, and documentation processes
• Assist with short-term planning, progress tracking, and reporting
• Promote strong safety, environmental, and quality outcomes on site
• Work closely with Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering
• Minimum two years onsite civil infrastructure experience
• Exposure to earthworks, structures, roads, or related scopes
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Willingness to work standard site hours (6:45 AM Prestart) across Western Sydney
